Safety Officer Training
Introduction
This program is designed to familiarize officers and supervisors with OSHA standards as well as safety and health hazards common to the workplace, their responsibilities and the performance measurement.

Who Should Attend
This program is designed for Officers, Supervisors, Warehousing and Manufacturing employees. Inspectors involved in General Industry activities. Training will help educate workers to predict, prevent, identify and stop possible common worksite hazards. Course Content
- Understanding of OSHA and OSHA regulations (2 hours)
- Introduction to Safety and Safety Management (2.5 hours)
- Moral, Legal and Financial Responsibilities (2.5 hours)
- Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans & Fire Prevention (4 hours)
- Personal Protective Equipment (2.5 hour)
- Effective Training & Communication Methods
- Understanding your responsibilities (2.5 hours)
- Identification and Assessment of Hazards (4 hours)
- Accidents investigation (3 hours)
- Safety Performance Measurement (3 hours)
- Total duration: 24 hours
Course Duration
The course is designed for 3-days (24 hours). This qualification is assessed through a 60 minutes multiple choice and short questions answers. Upon successful passing the assessment, participants will receive a certificate and a wallet card.
